Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. w126 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Platform Use

All financial transactions on the w126 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and in their own name. w126 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change at any time. w126 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals until identity verification is complete, to ensure the security of all transactions.
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded to your account is subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified. Cancellations & Refunds

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding term violations.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the w126 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of w126 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
